    The place is chic and customer friendly. The mumbai theme wall decor is really nice and the lighting is just about right.The staff was attentive, and quick to respond. Most food arrived within reasonable time and was per satisfaction.The food is a mixed bag,. Vada pav was humongous (the biggest I have seen in Uk and also Mumbai) and is a great hit.. Chat, pav bhaji, pakodas, etc. was really nice.. Chinese noodles needs a bit of seasoning adjustment. Overall it was more geared for local taste.. Gujarati dishes weren’t great. We ordered undhiyi and bajri roti, which was quite ok and passable.Stick to restaurant basics and don’t go for exotic stuff on the menu.All the best to the team.Vegetarian options: Everything is vegetarian.

    Our recent visit to Mumbai Local in Rayners Lane, Harrow, left us pleasantly surprised. While there were some minor hiccups, overall, it was an enjoyable dining experience.The atmosphere of the restaurant was relaxed and inviting, offering a comfortable setting for our meal. Despite it not being particularly busy, with only a handful of tables occupied, the ambiance still managed to create a welcoming vibe.Service, although with a few challenges, was delivered with a friendly attitude. While there was a slight misunderstanding with our order with items ordered but not received.However, the highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the food. Each dish we tried was bursting with flavor, showcasing the culinary expertise of Mumbai Local’s kitchen. The portions were generous, satisfying our appetites and leaving us wanting more.In summary, Mumbai Local in Rayners Lane, Harrow, may have had a few minor bumps along the way, but its inviting atmosphere, friendly service, and delicious food more than made up for any shortcomings. We look forward to returning for another delightful dining experience.

    First time ordered a take away and was pretty good. The only thing I could point out is there was a strange smell in the Hakka noodles, sesame paneer was delicious but could have been slightly softer. Loved the veg manchurian dry. Quantity was brilliant!Will definitely try again on a veg only day.Thank you Mumbai local.

    Visited for lunch and took advantage of the lunchtime specials, which were delicious and generous portion size too, so very good value for money. We had the chole bhatura, with the tastiest bhatura I've had in a while, very fresh, soft, not oily, and richly spiced chole. Paneer tikka kathi roll was excellent too, there was plenty of filling inside the roll, with a wonderful flavour of spicy paneer and veggies. The dishes come with a cup of masala chai too, perfect for a cold day!Friendly and fast service from the staff too, would definitely come back again.
